Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

Areas: HPLC, GC, RM Testing, Reviewer
Designation: Trainee Chemist / Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HPLC/GC analysis and raw material testing.

• Perform documentation as per cGMP and GLP standards.

• Support method validation, data review, and laboratory audits.

• Ensure accuracy, precision, and data integrity (ALCOA+ principles).

Production – Semi Solid Dosage

Designation: Officer / Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment in compliance with SOPs.

• Support batch manufacturing of semi-solid formulations.

• Maintain hygiene and follow GMP practices.

• Assist in process improvement and documentation.

Packing Department

Designation: Operator

Responsibilities:

• Handle packaging operations for semi-solid dosage forms.

• Conduct visual inspection and ensure labeling accuracy.

• Maintain cleanroom discipline and safety standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
  B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, D.Pharm, ITI, 10th or 12th pass candidates are eligible.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).

• Additional: Candidates must be willing to work in alternate shift schedules.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of pharma manufacturing processes.
