Job Role & Responsibilities

Research Associate – IVD / R&D (ELISA)

• Design, develop, and optimize ELISA-based immunoassays
• Develop and validate new diagnostic kits for clinical use
• Perform antibody conjugation and reagent preparation
• Optimize assay components such as buffers, antigens, and antibodies
• Evaluate assay sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility
• Analyze experimental data and prepare reports
• Transfer validated methods to production teams

This role directly contributes to the development of diagnostic kits that support disease detection and healthcare decision-making.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

• B.Sc (Chemistry)
• M.Sc (Chemistry / Biotechnology)
• B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology)
