Required Experience
- Minimum 2 to 6 years in pharmaceutical formulation or QA activities
Key Responsibilities
Document Control & Issuance
- Issue and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Analytical Raw Data, and logbooks
- Distribute formats and registers across departments and ensure record reconciliation
- Manage document issuance, approval, and retrieval in electronic Document Management System (eDMS)
QA Review & Compliance
- Review product development and analytical documents for technology transfer
- Prepare and review departmental SOPs
- Review Equipment Qualification Protocols, Reports, Calibration Records, and Supplier Qualification Documents
- Handle executed data (raw & analytical), archiving and bio batch documentation
Regulatory & Quality Control Activities
- Coordinate Change Control (permanent/temporary), OOS, Incidents
- Maintain and archive GMP-related documents
- Review Analytical Method Validation Protocols and Reports
- Assist in preparation and submission of License Applications
- Approve QA documents in the absence of Head – FDQA
