Job Overview

Designation: QA Officer

Department: Quality Assurance – API/Intermediate

Job Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Preferred Candidate: Male candidates only

Educational Qualification: BSc / MSc (Chemistry or related science)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years in the pharmaceutical API or intermediate manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor GMP-compliant QA policies
• Review and maintain SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and analytical records
• Handle OOS, deviations, non-conformance, and CAPA activities
• Conduct and coordinate internal/external audits
• Manage document control and vendor communications
• Support cross-functional departments with QA-related compliance

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Familiarity with API/intermediate manufacturing workflows
