About the Role: QA Validation Officer
Job Location: Verna, Goa
Department: Quality Assurance – Validation
Experience Required: 3 to 6 years
Educational Qualification: B Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and review validation protocols related to Process, Cleaning, and Equipment
- Handle and prepare qualification documents such as DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement validation strategies effectively
- Maintain accurate records and support audits and inspections
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in B Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc in a relevant life science discipline
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in QA validation within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setup
- Well-versed in regulatory norms, validation documentation, and technical writing
- Experience in facilities approved by USFDA / MHRA is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
