About the Role: QA – Vendor Management
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor qualification activities using SAP.
- Conduct vendor audits for raw materials, packaging materials, and contract manufacturers.
- Ensure all vendor processes comply with cGMP standards and international regulatory requirements (USFDA, MHRA, etc.).
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to address vendor-related quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed vendor documentation and regularly assess vendor performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Education & Experience:
- B Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in QA – Vendor Management
Key Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in handling vendor audits and documentation processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
