Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Control Raw Material (QC RM) team.
- Conduct and oversee raw material sampling, testing, and release activities.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards and internal quality specifications.
- Review and maintain QC documentation, including specifications and test reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material quality assurance.
- Ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Implement continuous improvements in QC RM processes.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in QC raw material analysis within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacopeial methods, GMP, and GLP standards.
- Ability to manage documentation as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the QC RM team.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Required Education:
- Master’s in Science (MSc – Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B Pharm)
Experience:
- 5–7 years in pharmaceutical raw material quality control.
