Qinesca is conducting a walk-in drive for the position of Junior Drug Safety Associate under its Medical Information Contact Centre (MICC) team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of corporate experience to start their career in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, and medical information services.

Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Drug Safety Associate, you will be responsible for handling medical information queries and supporting pharmacovigilance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound and outbound medical information queries via calls
- Provide accurate and compliant responses to healthcare-related queries
- Work within MICC processes to ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of queries handled
- Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams for query resolution and escalation
This role plays a key part in supporting drug safety operations and ensuring timely and accurate communication with healthcare stakeholders.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance and drug safety
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle calls and resolve queries effectively
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Experience:
- Freshers or minimum 6 months of corporate experience preferred
- Eligible batches: 2023, 2024, 2025

Location & Salary
- Location: Garudacharpalya, Bangalore
- Work Mode: Office-based
- Shift: Night shifts (6 PM to 9 AM)
- Salary: ₹3.5 LPA + shift allowance + cab facility
