Job Role & Responsibilities

Biosimilars Manufacturing – Production

Selected candidates in biosimilars manufacturing will work across upstream and downstream bioprocessing operations. Responsibilities vary by designation and experience level and include:

• Mammalian and microbial cell culture operations
• Single-use bioreactor handling and scale-up activities
• Upstream process monitoring and optimization
• Downstream purification and chromatography operations
• Process validation and batch execution
• Adherence to GMP, biosafety, and data integrity standards
• Documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines

Fill-Finish Manufacturing – Biosimilars

Professionals in fill-finish operations will be responsible for sterile formulation and final product filling activities, including:

• Aseptic formulation preparation
• Vial filling, pre-filled syringe operations, and lyophilization
• Operation and monitoring of filling lines
• Environmental monitoring and aseptic practices
• Batch documentation and deviation handling

Plasma Protein Manufacturing
