Job Role Overview: Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate
As part of the chemistry team at Steeron Research, you’ll engage in designing and synthesizing complex organic molecules, scale-up procedures, and contribute to solving real-world chemistry problems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-step synthetic routes for complex organic molecules
- Conduct reactions from milligram to gram scale with precision
- Troubleshoot and resolve synthetic challenges independently
- Document experimental data and observations accurately in ELNs
- Perform analytical characterization of synthesized compounds (e.g., NMR, LC-MS)
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MSc. in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry specialization preferred)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a CRO or pharmaceutical R&D setup
- Technical Skills: Multi-step organic synthesis, analytical techniques, lab documentation
