Rusan Pharma hiring Packaging Development Officer in Kandivali for IIP graduates with 1–3 years experience.
Rusan Pharma is looking for an experienced Packaging Development Officer who can support end-to-end packaging activities for domestic and export markets. The role suits candidates who understand pharma packaging systems, regulatory expectations, and documentation workflows used in regulated and semi-regulated markets.

The Packaging Development team plays a key role in supporting launches, improving operational efficiency, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare packaging BOM for domestic and international product requirements.
- Review artworks and coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and external design teams.
- Handle change control activities through eQAMS.
- Resolve technical packaging-related queries raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop primary, secondary and tertiary packaging for new product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors for shade approvals, material evaluation and packaging improvements.
- Maintain documentation accuracy across AMS, QAMS, DMS and related platforms.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP).
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging development.
- Working knowledge of AMS, QAMS, DMS and Nichelon.
- Strong coordination skills with a practical understanding of packaging materials and requirements.
Location & Salary
- Location: Kandivali, Mumbai.
- Salary: As per company standards.
