Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Officer or Executive in the Purchase and PPMC Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination between production and procurement functions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in pharma raw material sourcing, vendor management, inventory control, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and manage production schedules in coordination with manufacturing teams.
• Optimize material availability to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, and forecast material requirements.
• Support audits, documentation, and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Ensure alignment of PPMC processes with organizational objectives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• B.Pharm, B.Com, or BA from a recognized university.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Procurement, or PPMC within the pharmaceutical industry.
