Job Role & Responsibilities

Samrudh Pharmaceuticals is hiring across multiple departments. Below are the detailed roles and responsibilities:

1. QA Validation – Executive / Sr. Officer

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: 4–6 years in pharmaceutical formulation (Injectables)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and review Cleaning Validation and Process Validation activities.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain validation documentation and ensure data integrity.

2. Production – Trainee (Male Candidates)

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: Freshers
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Support production operations under the supervision of department leads.
  • Learn core manufacturing practices in sterile formulation.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and cGMP requirements.

3. Engineering / Maintenance – Executive

• Qualification: M.E / B.E
• Experience: 3–4 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee water system maintenance and operation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of utility equipment.
  • Maintain technical documentation as per audit requirements.

4. Engineering / Maintenance – Technical Staff

• Qualification: 12th + ITI
• Experience: Freshers
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist engineering team in plant and equipment maintenance.
  • Support utility and mechanical repair work.

5. Engineering / Maintenance Store – Trainee

• Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Support store operations including stock management and documentation.

6. Stores – Trainee (Male Candidates)

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: Freshers
