Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Manager (9–12 years) – 1 Position

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Ensure alignment with cGMP, WHO guidelines, and regulatory expectations.
• Manage batch planning, manpower allocation, and documentation review.
• Monitor aseptic behavior, equipment operation, and process consistency.
• Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards.

Production – Chemist / Officer to Executive (1–5 years) – 3 Positions

• Handle routine production activities in sterile blocks.
• Operate machines, execute documentation, and maintain compliance.
• Manage skilled and unskilled labor effectively.
• Ensure adherence to GMP/GDP.

Stores – Executive (3–5 years) – 1 Position

• Manage inward, storage, dispensing, and documentation.
• Oversee material movement and stock records.
• QMS knowledge is mandatory.
• Pharmacloud experience is required.

QC (Chemical) – Officer to Executive (1–3 years) – 3 Positions

• Conduct chemical analysis including wet analysis and RM testing.
• Operate analytical instruments and maintain lab records.
• Perform routine water testing.

QC (Microbiology) – Officer to Sr. Officer (2–3 years) – 2 Positions

• Manage microbial testing and environmental monitoring.
• Perform BET method validation, media fill, culture transfer, inoculum preparation.
• Support sterility testing and microbiological documentation.

Filling Operator – Officer (3–5 years) – 2 Positions

• Operate vial washing machines and vial filling machines.
• Maintain aseptic procedures and equipment cleanliness.

Packing – Officer to Executive (2–5 years) – 2 Positions

• Supervise packing operations and monitor productivity.
• Allocate daily packing tasks and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate manpower on the shop floor.
• Dry powder injection experience is mandatory.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology.
• Experience range: 1–12 years, depending on role.
• Mandatory skills include GMP/GDP, sterile behavior, documentation, QMS, and production hygiene.
