Job Role & Responsibilities
As a SAS Programmer (Navi Mumbai), you will be a vital member of the Biostatistics team, ensuring accurate data analysis, database management, and statistical reporting. Your core responsibilities include:
- Develop and validate SAS programs for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
- Manage and maintain mapped databases using SAS tools.
- Create and execute edit checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with Data Management teams to coordinate database specifications, data transfers, and deliverables.
- Assist Biostatisticians and Data Managers in statistical analysis, data validation, and reporting.
This position involves working with international project teams, contributing to clinical trials that directly support global drug development and regulatory submissions.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in clinical data programming, statistical computing, or biostatistics preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SAS programming and data management tools.
- Familiarity with clinical research data standards (CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in clinical SAS programming preferred.
