Venue: Plot No. M4, Medical Device Park, Sultanpur, Ameenpur, Sangareddy, 502319
Transport: Available from KPHB (KLM Shopping Mall) at 7:50 AM
Job Description – Junior Executive – Production (LVP)
Key Responsibilities
Batch calculations and dispensing
CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) activities
Filter integrity testing and validation
Solution and batch preparation as per CGMP and GDP
Men and material movement monitoring
Sterilization process oversight
Material reconciliation and documentation compliance
Understanding of calibration, preventive maintenance (PMP), and equipment validation
Skills Required
- Sound knowledge of sterile manufacturing protocols
- Ability to work in a regulated environment
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Flexible to work in shifts and wear sterile gear
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates with a Science background, including:
- BSc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry)
- MSc. in relevant subjects
- D.Pharm / B Pharm / M.Pharm (Optional)
Experience
0 to 3 years in pharma production or related industry preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Gender
Male candidates preferred due to shop-floor requirements.
