Open Position: Scientist – Formulation Development
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solid oral dosage forms, liquid orals, and injectable formulations.
- Work on generic product development aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- Handle formulation trials, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Document development data as per regulatory and quality requirements.
- Engage in novel drug delivery systems and differentiated product development.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in formulation R&D (minimum 2 years).
- Familiarity with QbD (Quality by Design) principles.
- Exposure to regulatory documentation for ANDA filings.
- Experience in a reputed CRO or pharmaceutical organization is a must.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics or equivalent specialization)
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in formulation development
