These openings are ideal for candidates with hands-on API experience, strong documentation skills, and a solid understanding of GMP, safety, and process operations.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance – Jr. Officer / Officer (8 Positions)

• Review and maintain GMP documentation
• Support deviation handling, change control, and API compliance activities
• Perform in-process checks and maintain QA records
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and site quality systems

Production – Jr. Chemist / Chemist (8 Positions)

• Operate centrifuges, reactors, and ANFD equipment
• Execute batch operations as per SOPs and production instructions
• Maintain GMP documentation for all activities
• Support safe handling of chemicals and process equipment

R&D – Jr. Chemist / Chemist (1 Position)

• Support product development and lab-scale experiments
• Conduct reactions, sampling, and process optimization work
• Maintain R&D documentation and assist tech transfer teams
• Strong knowledge of organic chemistry required

EHS – Site EHS Lead (1 Position)

• Lead site-level EHS programs and ensure process safety compliance
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and trainings
• Implement safety procedures for API operations
• Coordinate emergency response planning and statutory compliance

SCM (Purchase) – Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (1 Position)

• Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and production essentials
• Handle vendor management, negotiations, and purchase planning
• Maintain supply chain documentation and ensure uninterrupted plant operations
• Must have strong API industry procurement experience

Eligibility / Qualifications

• QA: B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, 2–4 years (API experience mandatory)
• Production: B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, 1–4 years (API experience mandatory)
• R&D: B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, 1–3 years (API experience mandatory)
• EHS Lead: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech Chemical Engineering, 4–6 years
• SCM: Any Graduate, 5–8 years (API SCM experience mandatory)
