Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Quality Control Analyst
Department: Quality Control (QC)
Industry: Pharmaceutical – Formulations (OSD)
Work Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments like HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, and autotitrators.
- Create and manage test methods using Paperless Lab Software such as DMS, Laboratory Execution System, ONE Lab, or similar applications.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and quality documentation standards.
- Assist in laboratory investigations and maintain accurate test records.
- Work closely with QA and Production teams to ensure product quality consistency.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines (Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Organic Chemistry).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical QC laboratories.
- Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of chemical and instrumental testing methods.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (HPLC, UV, Autotitrator).
- Familiarity with paperless laboratory systems (LES, LIMS, DMS).
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and data integrity principles.
Location & Salary
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and current CTC.
Work Type: Full-time, on-site role in the QC department.
