Job Role & Responsibilities
- Review patient charts and code diagnoses using ICD-10-CM guidelines.
- Perform HCC coding for risk-adjusted models.
- Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and documentation integrity.
- Collaborate with QA teams for audits and feedback.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Work onsite with internal RCM and clinical coding teams.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Certified Medical Coders (Mandatory) – AAPC / AHIMA preferred.
- Medical coding training mandatory (HCC specialization preferred).
- Freshers only (0 years experience).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM.
- Good analytical and comprehension skills.
Relevant Courses Accepted: B.Sc (Life Sciences), M.Sc (Life Sciences), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry.
