Job Role & Responsibilities

Spy Health is hiring across multiple designations within the HCC Medical Coding Department (Work from Office). Depending on your experience and qualification, you may be considered for one of the following positions:

• Medical Coding Freshers (Certified / Non-Certified)
• Experienced Medical Coders
• Auditors
• Group Coordinators
• Team Leads
• Assistant Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate HCC coding according to client guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Review and validate patient medical records for ICD-10-CM code accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks for coded data and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Support the team and leadership in achieving production and quality targets.
• Participate in regular training and upskilling sessions to stay current with industry updates.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Life Sciences Graduates – B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT, or any equivalent qualification.
• Non-Life Science candidates can apply if willing to undergo Medical Coding Training before joining.

Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory):

• CPC, COC, CIC, CCS, CRC (AAPC / AHIMA)

Experience:

• Freshers: Certified and non-certified graduates welcome.
• Experienced: 1–8 years in HCC coding, auditing, or leadership roles.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCC coding systems.
• Attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
