Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Medical Coders
- Experience: Minimum 6 months
- Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on medical records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and payor-specific requirements.
- Support denial management and improve claim accuracy.
2. Auditors
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed audits of coded medical records.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, coding standards, and payer rules.
- Provide feedback and training to improve coding accuracy.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Certification Mandatory: CPC, CCS, COC, CRC, or equivalent coding certifications.
- Education: Any Life Science Graduate (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Nursing, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Zoology, Nutrition).
- Preferred: Immediate joiners with good knowledge of coding guidelines.
Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc (Nursing, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Zoology, Nutrition).
