The Bavla (Ahmedabad) unit focuses on scaling sterile and non-sterile formulations with strong adherence to QMS, data integrity and process excellence.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Production

• Manage granulation, compression and coating operations.
• Execute batches under cGMP and regulatory guidance.
• Maintain QMS documentation and handle in-process checks.
• Operate compression machinery, fluid bed processors and coating systems.

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform HPLC, GC and routine analysis.
• Review analytical data and ensure compliance with ALCOA+.
• Conduct sampling, IP/FP testing and stability analysis.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Execute QMS activities including deviations, CAPA and investigations.
• Oversee training records and documentation.
• Review AMV/AMD and support audits.

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

• Perform analytical method development and validation.
• Handle routine analysis and reviewer-level checks.
• Prepare analytical documentation and support technology transfer.

PPMC

• Manage material coordination, production planning and inventory control.
• Support procurement follow-ups and internal tracking.

IT

• Support digitalisation initiatives, Pharma Cloud, PC-360 and software systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting plant-level IT operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm – Production, QC, QA, ADL
• ITI / Diploma – Production Operator roles
• B.Com / M.Com – PPMC roles
• ITI (COPA) / M.Sc (IT) – IT Trainee roles

Relevant courses include: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics), M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Microbiology, Diploma Pharmacy, B.Com, M.Com, ITI COPA, M.Sc Information Technology.

Location & Salary
