Job Overview

Position: Regulatory Affairs Executive / Specialist

• Education: B Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc (Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Sciences)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and compile registration and renewal dossiers for multiple international markets.
• Evaluate and ensure accuracy of master documents such as PDP, PDR, AMV, MFR, MPR, Specifications, PVR, and Stability Protocols.
• Prepare and handle DMF (Drug Master File) documentation.
• Coordinate and manage post-approval changes aligned with country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Stay current with regulatory guidelines and frameworks applicable to South Africa, LATAM, SEA, GCC, CIS, and other African territories.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in compiling and reviewing CTD/ACTD dossiers
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, team player, and proactive in managing compliance deadlines
