Job Role & Responsibilities

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer – API Peptide

Department: API – Peptide
Location: MIDC, Nagapur, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. (Analytical / Organic Chemistry) OR B.Tech / B.E (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute peptide synthesis, purification, and isolation processes in compliance with cGMP.
• Operate and maintain Preparative HPLC, Lyophilizers, and related purification systems.
• Conduct analytical testing and interpret data for process optimization and quality assurance.
• Maintain records of manufacturing operations, equipment logs, and BMR documentation.
• Participate in scale-up, technology transfer, and validation activities for peptide intermediates.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and data integrity standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, QA, and R&D to achieve operational efficiency.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry, or
• B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering.

Relevant Courses:
Peptide Chemistry, Organic Synthesis, Analytical Techniques, Process Development, Biopharmaceutical Technology, HPLC Methodology, cGMP Compliance.
