Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will join as Apprentice Trainees and undergo structured training under experienced industry professionals.
Apprentice – Production
- Assist in manufacturing operations for OSD and Non-OSD dosage forms
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during production activities
- Support batch manufacturing, documentation, and equipment handling
- Gain exposure to regulated pharma plant operations
Apprentice – Quality
- Support Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities
- Assist in OSD and Non-OSD quality operations
- Learn GMP documentation, deviation handling, and quality systems
- Exposure to analytical testing and quality compliance processes
Apprentice – Engineering
- Assist in plant engineering and maintenance activities
- Support electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and utility operations
- Learn preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Work alongside experienced engineering teams in pharma manufacturing
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
Candidates must have completed one of the following qualifications:
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, MSc Microbiology, MSc Organic Chemistry, MSc Inorganic Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
