Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will support clinical trial operations, documentation management, and regulatory activities. This role is focused on ensuring smooth execution of clinical studies while maintaining compliance with global clinical research standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in maintaining clinical trial documentation such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms
- Organize and manage study files (electronic and paper-based) ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes
- Support preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ethics committees and authorities
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with clinical sites for invoice tracking and payment processes
- Support vendor management activities including vendor code generation and tracking
- Assist in communication between internal teams, sites, and stakeholders
This role contributes directly to efficient clinical trial execution, regulatory compliance, and successful drug development processes.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Nursing, Public Health, Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of clinical trials and clinical research processes
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory compliance
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in clinical research
