Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – OSD (Formulation)

1. Technician

Education: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 1–5 years
Responsibilities:

• Support granulation, compression, and OSD manufacturing activities.
• Handle production equipment as per SOPs.
• Follow cGMP, safety, and documentation procedures.
• Assist in line clearance, cleaning, and batch operations.

2. Supervisor

Education: B.Pharm
Experience: 3–7 years
Responsibilities:

• Supervise granulation and compression operations.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA and regulatory guidelines.
• Review BMR documentation and process controls.
• Coordinate manpower, shift operations, and equipment readiness.
• Support audits, investigations, deviations, and CAPA.

Mandatory: USFDA manufacturing exposure.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma for Technician roles.
• B.Pharm for Supervisor roles.
• Experience strictly in OSD formulation: granulation, compression.
• USFDA plant experience is mandatory for all roles.
• Strong documentation skills, GMP compliance, and equipment handling knowledge.

Relevant courses: ITI Mechanical, ITI Fitter, Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Chemical, B.Pharm, PG Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

• Work Location: Sun Pharma Industries Ltd., Plot A-41, Industrial Area, Phase VIII-A, Mohali, Punjab.
• Walk-in Venue: Hotel Le Mariet, Kishanpura, NH-105, Pinjore–Nalagarh Highway, Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
