Job Role & Responsibilities

Department: Production (DCS Plant)
Designation: Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Location: Panoli, Gujarat (GIDC – Phase IV)
Experience Required: 1–8 Years
Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma / B.E (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical production equipment including Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, and PPA systems.
• Execute batch manufacturing operations following SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity in daily plant activities.
• Maintain detailed batch processing records and update logbooks.
• Support preventive maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team to maintain product quality standards.
• Comply with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and regulatory requirements at all times.

Educational Background:

• B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry)
• Diploma / B.E (Chemical Engineering)
