Job Role & Responsibilities

Roles are open in both Production and Engineering departments for Technician and Management Associate positions.

Production (Parenteral & Tablet)

Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring aseptic systems, SKID units, and filling machines
• Handling granulation, compression, coating, and in-process checks in tablet manufacturing
• Executing production activities as per SOPs and GMP requirements
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and documentation accuracy
• Ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards

Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Managing tablet plant maintenance activities
• Supporting electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems
• Conducting routine and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and supporting equipment efficiency activities
• Maintaining documentation for engineering operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education:

• ITI (all trades relevant to pharma production)
• Any Diploma (Production roles)
• ITI Fitter
• Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical (Engineering roles)

Relevant coursework includes: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology.

Experience:

• Production: 2–10 years
• Engineering: 3–9 years
