Open Positions in Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics (DMPK)

Syngene is hiring across six key designations in the DMPK department:

ADME Scientist

• Qualification: MSc with 6–9 years OR MPharma/MTech with 3–6 years of experience

Senior Associate Scientist (Sr AS)

• Qualification: MSc with 9–12 years OR MPharm/MTech with 6–9 years of experience

Team Lead

• Qualification: Fresh PhD OR MSc with 15–16 years, MPharma with 12–15 years of experience

Senior Team Lead

• Qualification: PhD with 3–5 years of experience

Group Lead

• Qualification: PhD with 5–10 years of experience

Senior Group Lead

• Qualification: PhD with 10+ years of experience

Note: Fresh PhD graduates with relevant academic or postdoctoral experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills & Expertise Required

Core Competencies:

• DMPK – In vitro BA and In vitro ADME
• Hands-on exposure to absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion studies
• Bioanalytical method development and validation

Preferences:

• Experience in regulated environments
• Scientific communication and reporting
• Understanding of USFDA and global regulatory expectations
