Job Role & Responsibilities

Synthimed Labs is hiring Research Associate / Research Officer professionals across multiple research functions.

Analytical Research & Development (ARD)

Experience: 1–8 years
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Method development and validation using HPLC, GCMS, and LCMS
• Analytical troubleshooting and data interpretation
• Supporting stability studies and regulatory analytical requirements
• Documentation as per GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines

Process Development (PD Lab)

Experience: 1–8 years
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Organic synthesis and process development activities
• Literature search and route scouting for new molecules
• Scale-up support and process optimization
• Awareness and implementation of regulatory and safety guidelines

CRAMS (Contract Research & Manufacturing Services)

Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Chemical synthesis using critical reagents
• Interpretation of analytical data and reaction monitoring
• Supporting client-driven research projects
• Maintaining laboratory records and compliance documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Required Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical R&D laboratories
• Strong knowledge of analytical instruments or synthesis techniques depending on role
