Job Role & Responsibilities

Junior Scientist (Freshers)

• Conduct laboratory experiments following approved SOPs.
• Assist in microbial culture handling, growth media preparation, and fermentation support.
• Perform routine analytical testing and record experimental data.
• Maintain laboratory logs, documentation, and equipment hygiene.

Senior Scientist (2–3 Years Experience)

• Lead experimental design and execution for product development.
• Optimize formulations and evaluate fermentation performance.
• Prepare, modify, and assess microbial growth media.
• Analyze and interpret data using analytical tools.
• Maintain and update SOPs, technical documents, and project records.
• Operate instruments such as UV/Vis spectrophotometers, ELISA readers, centrifuges, and pH meters.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GLP, and GMP quality frameworks.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Biotechnology.
• Junior Scientist: Freshers.
• Senior Scientist: 2–3 years relevant R&D experience.
• Strong understanding of microbial techniques, fermentation basics, and laboratory instrumentation.
