Job Roles & Responsibilities
Role 1: Intake / Pre-Authorization

Process pre-authorization requests efficiently for US healthcare providers.

Verify patient eligibility, coverage details, and authorization requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams to resolve queries.

Collaborate with team members to streamline intake workflows and enhance productivity.
Role 2: Claims Adjudication

Review and evaluate healthcare claims for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure claims are processed according to US healthcare regulations and company SOPs.

Identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and escalate complex claims as needed.

Maintain detailed records of claims and generate reports for management review.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient claims processing.
General Responsibilities for Both Roles:

Work in rotational shifts efficiently: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST or 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM IST.

Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality output under tight timelines.

Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of healthcare operations.

Foster teamwork and effective communication to achieve operational goals.
Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Pharmacy graduates or any relevant graduate (Engineering graduates are not preferred).

Experience: Freshers with 0–6 months of experience.
