The company is looking to hire for the position of Sr. Executive – Technology Excellence at its state-of-the-art facility in Kazipally Industrial Area, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Position Details:

Designation: Sr. Executive – Technology Excellence

Department: Technology Excellence

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

Qualification: M.Pharmacy (Master of Pharmacy)

Location: Survey No.: 42, Gaddapetharam, Kazipally Industrial Area, Sanga Reddy Dist., Hyderabad-502318, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technology transfer process for established pharmaceutical products ensuring robust, efficient, and compliant manufacturing procedures.
• Prepare, review, and maintain critical documentation including regulatory response documents, justification reports, and technical risk assessments as part of technology transfer activities.
• Oversee the development and validation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) to ensure seamless transfer and production.
• Evaluate and review process validation protocols and reports, ensuring all processes meet stringent regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine manufacturing processes to improve overall efficiency and address process deviations.
• Conduct comprehensive technical risk assessments to proactively mitigate potential manufacturing and process transfer issues.
• Ensure all technology transfer activities comply with global regulatory standards including FDA, EMA, and CGMP, as well as internal quality guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: M.Pharmacy (Master’s in Pharmacy)

Experience: 6 to 8 years in Technology Transfer or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry.
