Job Role & Responsibilities

Torrent Pharma is hiring for multiple positions in Formulation Manufacturing, QC, and Packing. Candidates should have hands-on experience in regulated environments and familiarity with GMP, GLP, and validation systems.

Available Positions:

• Technical Assistant – OC Formulation (2–8 Years)
• Formulation Technician – Manufacturing (Tablet) (2–5 Years)
• Technical Assistant – Packing (2–5 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Method Validation, Method Transfer, and Raw Material (RM) Analysis.
• Operate HPLC, GC, GLP, and handle documentation in compliance with QMS.
• Execute manufacturing operations using equipment like Fette & Sejong Compression, Glatt & PAM Glatt Coaters, Granulation equipment, and Viswill Camera Inspection Machines.
• Handle Blister Packing (BQS/Romaca), Auto Cartonator, and Track & Trace (Optel/ACG) systems.
• Ensure adherence to online documentation, BMR, and OMS.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to support regulatory requirements and compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., ITI, HSC, SSC
• Experience: 2–8 years in a regulated pharmaceutical formulation plant
• Departments: QC, Manufacturing, Packing
• Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, GMP documentation, and exposure to international regulatory audits.

Courses applicable under the required qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology), ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Instrumentation), HSC, SSC.
