Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Executive / Technical Assistant — Quality Control (Formulation)

You will support end‑to‑end analytical operations and ensure compliance with quality systems for solid oral formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including LCMS, HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, Karl Fischer, UV‑Spectrophotometer, and related QC equipment.
• Perform OOS/OOT investigations, deviation handling, and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct analysis for finished products, stability samples, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Support Analytical Method Validation (AMV), method verification, and method transfer activities.
• Follow USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, ICH guidelines for QC operations.
• Interpret analytical data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to GMP.
• Maintain accurate records, laboratory documentation, and support audit readiness.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm
• Experience Required: 2–7 years in Quality Control (Formulation)
• Technical Competencies:
  • Strong command over instrumental analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience in method validation and regulatory documentation
  • Knowledge of solid oral dosage forms and quality processes
  • Experience in regulated market audits preferred

Relevant courses (comma‑separated): M.Sc Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, B.Pharm, PG Diploma in Quality Control, Pharma Analysis Certification Programs
