Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Apprentice, you’ll receive practical training in one of the following departments based on your educational background and company requirements:

Quality Control (QC)

• Assist in sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

• Learn to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under GMP guidelines.

• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Support QA operations to ensure product quality meets company and regulatory standards.

• Participate in internal audits and documentation processes.

• Help in quality improvement initiatives and process validations.

Production Department

• Learn and assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including batch preparation and equipment handling.

• Ensure all processes comply with safety and GMP regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness, process documentation, and assist in meeting daily production targets.

Each apprentice will be mentored by qualified industry professionals, ensuring practical exposure and technical skill development that enhances employability in the pharma manufacturing sector.

• Educational Qualification:

  • ITI (Machinist/LACP)

  • HSC (Science Stream)
