Job Role & Responsibilities

Executive / Senior Executive – Formulations

• Manage granulation, blending, and compression operations for tablet manufacturing
• Support coating processes when required
• Execute production activities in line with cGMP and internal quality standards
• Prepare and update BMRs, SOPs, logs, and batch-related documentation
• Perform IPQC checks and ensure adherence to established procedures
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams for smooth workflow
• Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment-related challenges
• Work towards achieving daily production targets with accuracy and consistency

Eligibility / Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc
• 3–7 years of experience in tablet manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of:
  • RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator)
  • FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer)
  • Blenders
  • Compression machines
• Good documentation practices and strong command over GMP guidelines
