Are you an experienced professional in LC-MS/MS method development and validation? Veeda Lifesciences, a trusted name in clinical research, is hiring Bioanalytical Scientists for its Ahmedabad-based laboratory. This role is ideal for candidates with 5–10 years of experience in pharmacokinetic (PK) assay development for peptides and oligonucleotides.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate LC-MS/MS-based PK assays for biotherapeutics in biological fluids such as plasma, serum, and tissues
• Independently handle method development including protein precipitation, SPE (Solid Phase Extraction), and LLE (Liquid-Liquid Extraction)
• Operate and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS instruments (e.g., Sciex Triple Quadrupoles or equivalent)
• Conduct method validation and sample analysis aligned with USFDA, EMA regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with QA, Project Management, and Clinical teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare detailed validation and study reports while ensuring data integrity and GLP/GCP compliance
• Knowledge of ELISA and immune purification techniques will be an added advantage

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: MSc or M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in regulated bioanalytical laboratories
• Strong knowledge of global guidelines (e.g., USFDA, EMA)
• Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and software
• Good communication and report-writing skills
