Job Role & Responsibilities
The AD department supports analytical method development, validation, and characterization studies across ophthalmic and semi-solid products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize in-vitro release methods for ophthalmic and semi-solid formulations.
- Perform peptide characterization and support analytical profiling.
- Operate instruments such as HPLC, KF, UV, GC, IR, and pH meter.
- Conduct routine analytical tests including assay, dissolution, and related substances (RS).
- Prepare method validation protocols, reports, raw data summaries, and technical documentation.
- Follow cGMP, ICH Q2 guidelines, and data integrity standards.
- Support troubleshooting, investigations, and method refinement.
These responsibilities require strong analytical thinking, documentation discipline, and familiarity with chromatographic systems.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- M.Sc
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
Relevant courses: Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Biochemistry.
Experience
- Research Associate Trainee: 0 years (freshers eligible)
- Research Associate: 1–3 years in AD, peptide work, or analytical method development.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience with HPLC, UV, GC, KF, IR.
- Understanding of assay, RS, dissolution, and method validation.
- Knowledge of in-vitro release testing.
- Strong documentation and analytical interpretation skills.
Location & Salary
