Job Role & Responsibilities

Open Positions: Medical Coder, Sr. Medical Coder, QA, GC (Quality Analyst, Group Coordinator)

Specialties: IP DRG, Evaluation & Management (E/M), Surgery, Radiology, Anaesthesia, IVR, and Radiation Oncology

As a part of the Medical Coding & Quality team, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing clinical documents and assigning accurate medical codes as per CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS guidelines.
• Performing detailed audits of coded records to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding standards, payer regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with internal QA teams for coding validation and error rectification.
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and SLA targets.
• Contributing to process improvement and training of junior coders, if applicable.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Any Life Science, Paramedical, or Medical Graduate (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BPT, BOT, BDS, BHMS, etc.)
• Experience: 1 to 7 years in Medical Coding or related healthcare BPO domains.
• Mandatory Certifications: CPC, CCS, CIC, COC (from AAPC/AHIMA or equivalent bodies)
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG coding principles.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
