Job Role & Responsibilities

The openings span Medical Coder, Senior Medical Coder, and Quality Analyst positions. Responsibilities vary by designation and specialty but typically include:

• Assigning accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS codes as per specialty workflows.
• Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure coding completeness and compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Background (Relevant Courses)

Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

• B.Sc Life Sciences, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Biochemistry, B.Sc Nursing
• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
• BPT, MPT
• Any life science degree with medical coding experience

Minimum Requirements

• Certified Medical Coders (CPC, CCS, CIC, CRC, or equivalent) highly preferred.
• Experience strictly required; freshers are not eligible.
• Specialty-wise experience requirements:

IPDRG: 1–4 years (Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Salem, Pune)
Surgery: 1–4 years (Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy)
ED Facility: 2–3 years (Bangalore, Trichy, Chennai, Hyderabad)
EM: 1–4 years (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai)
Denials: 1–3 years (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai)
Radiology: 1–3 years (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Trichy, Salem, Pune)
IVR: 1–4 years (Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Trichy)
Radiation Oncology: 1–4 years (Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai)
Ancillary: 1–3 years (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune)

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
