Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Medical Coder Trainee, you will play a vital role in converting healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and services into standardized codes used in medical billing and data management. This role serves as the foundation for a long-term career in healthcare analytics, compliance, and insurance processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate code assignment.
- Apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation and insurance guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality and uphold data accuracy standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Life Sciences (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Zoology, or related disciplines).
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
- Documents Required: 10th & 12th original marksheets (mandatory) and an updated resume.
