Job Role & Responsibilities

Openings are available for the following positions:

  • Medical Coder / Senior Medical Coder
  • Quality Analyst (QA)
  • Group Coordinator (GC)

Specialties include: IP DRG, E/M, Surgery, Emergency Department (ED), Radiology, Anesthesia, IVR, and Radiation Oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate medical coding as per US healthcare standards.
  • Review, audit, and ensure compliance with CPC, CCS, CIC, and COC guidelines.
  • Validate coded records for accuracy in IP DRG, E/M, ED, and specialty domains.
  • Support quality control and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Mandatory Certification: CPC, CCS, CIC, COC, or equivalent from AAPC/AHIMA.
  • Experience: 1 to 7 years in medical coding.
  • Strong knowledge in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS codes.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and quality-driven environments.
