Job Role & Responsibilities
Department: Synthesis R&D
Positions Available: 10 (Trainee Research Associates / Research Associates)
Experience Required: 0–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct synthetic organic chemistry experiments and record findings.
- Assist in process development and optimization.
- Handle lab equipment and maintain GLP documentation.
- Collaborate with senior scientists on research projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and compliance standards.
- Support R&D initiatives for drug development and scale-up.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 0–4 years (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong academic knowledge in organic synthesis.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to research environments.
