Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be hired as Trainee Executive or Trainee Operator and deployed across multiple departments based on qualification, aptitude, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day operations in Injectable Manufacturing units
• Assisting in production activities under GMP-compliant environments
• Handling basic operations in Quality Control and Microbiology laboratories
• Supporting packing, warehouse, and material handling activities
• Assisting engineering teams in routine equipment and utility operations
• Maintaining documentation as per SOPs, GDP, and safety guidelines
• Following shift schedules and operational discipline as per plant requirements
• Learning regulatory-compliant workflows under experienced supervisors

This role is structured as a learning-focused position with hands-on exposure to real-time pharmaceutical operations.
