• B. Tech – Mechanical or Electrical

Experience:

• Freshers from 2022, 2023, and 2024 batches
• No prior industry experience required

Job Description

Candidates selected for the Trainee Operator or Trainee Executive roles will work in the following departments:

1. Manufacturing & Packing

• Operating machinery for pharmaceutical production
• Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Monitoring and controlling production processes
• Packaging finished pharmaceutical products

2. Engineering

• Maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Ensuring smooth plant operations

3. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation
• Monitoring process deviations and quality issues

4. Microbiology

• Conducting microbiological testing
• Ensuring sterility and contamination control
• Maintaining laboratory records
