Wipro is conducting a Walk-In Drive in Pune to hire experienced Medical Writers specializing in Medical Device Post-Market Surveillance (PMS). Job Role & Responsibilities
The Medical Writer will be responsible for producing regulatory-compliant, scientifically accurate documentation for medical device products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) deliverables including CER updates, PMSRs, SSCPs, and vigilance reports.
- Review and interpret scientific literature, clinical evidence, and adverse event data.
- Develop high-quality medical writing outputs aligned with EU MDR, US FDA, and ISO guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in clinical affairs, regulatory affairs, engineering, and safety.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal SOPs and global regulatory requirements.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduate in Biomedical Engineering
- Graduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in Medical Device Medical Writing
- Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of EU MDR, PMS processes, and device terminology
- Willingness to relocate to Pune
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Must work from office
