Key Responsibilities
As part of the Engineering Department, the selected candidates will be responsible for:
Equipment & Documentation:
- Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all equipment and systems.
- Creating and maintaining an updated index of SOPs and related formats.
Compliance & Quality:
- Initiating and managing Change Control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and Deviations.
- Assisting in internal and external audit compliances for the engineering department.
Maintenance & Qualification:
- Planning and executing yearly preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Preparing qualification documents such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ for all engineering systems and equipment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in engineering roles within pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing setups.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, audit readiness, and equipment qualification procedures.
